About us

Find out more about CHW

Bolton’s biggest accountancy practice, Cowgill Holloway LLP, has set up a new firm with Bolton’s leading small business accountant, Warings, to form CHW Small Business Accounting.

CHW – the best of both worlds.

We’re a small business accounting firm, with highly experienced chartered accountants and business advisors, on hand to advise owners of small businesses.

CHW is part of the Cowgills group one of the largest accountancy practices in the North West.

We’re a straight-talking and honest bunch with a commitment to provide our clients with all the services they need. We aim to help clients focus on every aspect of their business to ensure all areas are covered and nothing is left to chance.

Our team of over 35 dedicated accountants and advisors help to deliver services such as bookkeeping, VAT, reporting and annual compliance to a range of clients across the region.

Our objective is to make our clients happy, which means; a business that is profitable and successful, mixed with a high level of service for good measure.

Unlike other accountancy firms, CHW can deliver resources that a larger practice can offer, but with a close-up personal relationship a smaller company is built on.

If you’re after the best of both worlds, that’s most definitely us! Gone are the days of traditional accountancy firms, we’re the new breed of accountants on the market offering something a little different than your average firm.
