At CHW, we treat all of our clients individually – and we get to know them and their businesses in great detail. It is therefore imperative to us that we have talented people from a range of backgrounds in order to assist in the growth of our business. Our people are our greatest asset, and we know it, which is why we encourage each member of the CHW team to reach their potential.
You’ll find that at CHW Accounting, we take both training and development seriously, but we’re also about making sure our team is a happy one. This is why we have regular staff social events, including summer BBQs, Christmas parties, and regular “away days” to help ensure everyone is happy in their position. Similarly, if members of the team have a development or training requirement, we’ll make sure they’re given the support to meet this need – both through formal study support and the team’s assistance and experience to help you through.
Our team enjoy working as part of the CHW team, and it’s the way we’ve built the business. We work hard, but we play hard as well. We also give back to the local community in several ways – and you’ll find that the majority of the local charitable organisations are friends of ours!
You’ll have a great working environment, and a real team mentality. There’s free parking at the office and a range of employee benefits. Being part of the Cowgill Holloway Group means we also have the resources and perks that come with a larger organisation – including a central Manchester office, should you need to change your work location for the day.
Currently, we aren’t on the lookout for specific positions, but we welcome speculative applications should you feel you can bring something to the firm.
