WHAT WE DO
Cloud accounting

Advances in internet connectivity have made the world a smaller place. Advances in cloud technology have simplified the way book keeping is managed. Together, with the right accountant of course, this can deliver ultimate visibility of the financial performance of your business.

Every cloud has a silver lining

Cloud accounting is the term used to describe book keeping and accounting products which are online, e.g. via a web browser. If you use internet banking you are already halfway there.

Why are they so popular? Is it simply clever marketing or are they revolutionising the small business market?

In the main they all offer:

  • Monthly contract
  • Low monthly starting prices
  • Secure data storage
  • Automatic bank feeds
  • Access anywhere via internet
  • Compatible with most devises including mobiles

At CHW we believe in utilising the right tools for the job. Whilst the end product might be the same, we would only advise and provide recommendations on the product if it is the right fit. The reality is some platforms will suit some businesses more than others. Some considerations we will always make include:

  • What sector do you operate in?
  • How many users will you require?
  • Do you operate job costing?
  • What other requirements do you have?

No matter which of the software providers you use… we’re experts in them!
